How do I rent a villa or apartment?

For all properties listed on our website you are in direct contact with either the owner or the villa management company in order for you to receive an as accurate information as possible and provide consistent information about the villa or apartment rental.

All of our properties are inspected and our rental agents have all been selected for their experience and passion for European travel.

Our rental agents have lived abroad and traveled extensively in order to update and expand our constantly growing inventory of properties available for rent. With such travel insight, we're happy to help you decide if you want to be in one of the well-known tourist areas or off-the-beaten track.

Rental duration & procedures

Most properties are rented with a minimum of 3 days with some being on a weekly minimum basis, and during peak summer travel season, most have a higher minimum stay.

Usually once your confirm your intention, the property will be held for you for three to five days in order for you to proceed with the deposit payment for your reservation. The final payment for your rental is due, for most villas, priori to the commencement of your rental period.

Do I have to pay in foreign currency?

Rental fees are payable in either USD or the local currency depending on where the villa rental owner or management company will request to receive the funds.

To avoid disappointment we recommend to book your villa holiday as early as possible as many villas may be booked and reserved up to a year in advance.
